Ian Huntley-

Ian grew up very active playing all kinds of sports; basketball, soccer, football, baseball, track and field, and snowboarding. He has been teaching physical education for eleven years and currently teaches at Forest Park Elementary. Most of his teaching time has been at the elementary level, but he’s also taught at the middle and high school level. While in his first teaching position, he coached a variety of sports; middle school basketball, high school track and field, and cross country. Ian teaches because he enjoys providing opportunities for students to find skills and enjoyment in physical activity. He loves seeing a skill or strategy in an activity "click" with students so they find success. Some of his favorite activities to teach during the year are hockey, basketball, frisbee, jump rope, soccer, and capture the flag. Ian is looking forward to applying his teaching concepts and skills with All-Around Sports Camps to help kids stay active over the summer! He holds both Undergraduate(Linfield College) and Masters Degrees (Oregon State University) in Physical Education. Some of his hobbies include international travel, snowboarding and going to the great restaurants our city has to offer. He lives in Beaverton with his wife Hayley.

Scott DeMonte-

Scott has over 25 years experience teaching /coaching youth sports. He is currently at his 6th year as the PE Teacher at Lewis Elementary School in SE Portland. He has a diverse background in athletics ranges from being a head lacrosse coach at two universities to running a club lacrosse program that served over 3,000 participants a year through camps, clinics, leagues. and select teams. He’s traveled to over 10 international countries coaching lacrosse in places as far as China, Japan, and Australia. He loves teaching elementary school because he also enjoys providing opportunities for students to find skills and enjoyment in physical activity. Scott loves inspiring students to try new activities in an inviting non-threatening environment so they can stay active and help find their active passions outside of school. Some of his favorite activities to teach during the year are Catch 5, Jackpot, Kickball, Basketball, and Lacrosse. Scott holds a undergraduate degree from University of Rhode Island in Business, and Masters of Physical Education from Hofstra University. Some of his outside hobbies are mountain biking, snowboarding, traveling, and watching his sons play sports . He lives in SE Portland with his wife Jess and sons Will and Luke.
